Statutory Accounts Production Manager

Halliday Marx have partnered with a London based accounting firm to hire an Accounts Production Manager on a permanent basis.
This role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Responsibilities;- Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring timely & accurate production of financial statements (FRS 102), CT600s and management accounts
- Improve internal processes for accounts production
- Assist Business Line Manager in training and developing our Accounting teams
- Use of Iris Accounts Production, Sage 50c and QuickBooks Online to maintain books and produce trial balance, profit & loss
- Processing monthly payrolls including general payroll queries and related issues
- Preparation of HMRC related returns including monthly PAYE/NI submissions and quarterly VAT returns.
- Admin and any other ad-hoc duties as required
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Expert in producing financial statements under FRS 102
- 4-5 years of UK practice experience
