Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in FactSet migrations to support a Tier 1 Bank in its strategic transition to FactSet. This role requires deep expertise in FactSet, specifically from a Performance and Risk perspective.

• Lead Migration Efforts: Manage the migration of 30 clients to FactSet, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to project timelines.
• Portfolio Setup: Set up and configure client portfolios within the FactSet platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Results Delivery: Ensure the provision of accurate and timely performance and risk results for all migrated clients.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external clients, and FactSet representatives to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the performance and risk migration framework.

• Proven experience with FactSet migrations in a business analyst or related capacity.
• Deep knowledge of FactSet, specifically in Performance and Risk analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Financial services experience, preferably within a Tier 1 banking environment.
