Contract: Permanent, Full-Time role, working term time only, plus Inset days.
Salary: CLF 10 - £34,740 to £38,419.
Actual Salary £29,747 per annum

John Cabot Academy are looking for a Student Support Leader to join our supportive and talented team at John Cabot Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Student Support Leader to assist in the educational, personal and social development of students in the year group. Support students to enable them to access the curriculum, completely engage with their learning and achieve their full potential.

Deliver measurable impact on student attendance and attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.

The checks will also include an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list.
