Maintenance Technician

The successful candidate will be ideally based in London and will cover sites in the London and surrounding areas.
Package- Salary £23,796-£27,000 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
- 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days
- 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training.

Duties to be carried out:
- Water sampling
- Monitor water temperatures
- Perform descaling of shower heads and hoses
- Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
- Carry out tank cleans
- Previous experience
- Hold a full driving licence
- Confined space trained (advantageous)
- Take pride in your work and deliver exceptional service

- Good level of computer skills
