ROLE PURPOSE:
- Full ownership of the Marketing and Advertising technology (MAdTech) stack, roadmap and strategy
- Ensure all tools and platforms meet current and future business needs
- Identify opportunities to implement new technology to support Marketing’s objective of driving growth,
- Keep abreast of external factors that will impact our MAdTech stack (e.g. cookieless world) and identify
- Day-to-day ownership of platforms operations and maintenance
- Support the business in delivering it’s stretching revenue goals
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAdTech Strategy- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that supports Allwyn’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Research and evaluate new marketing technology solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing technology initiatives with broader business priorities.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between marketing technology platforms and other systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to marketing teams in the use of marketing technology tools.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.
- In conjunction with Procurement, negotiate and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors, ensuring optimal performance and value.
- Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and service level agreements.
- Lead MAdTech budget management and forecasting process.

- Successful implementation and adoption of marketing technology platforms.
- Improved marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Enhanced customer experience and satisfaction.
- Achievement of key marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, customer lifetime value). Marketing Platform availability and uptime.
- Effective management and development of the marketing technology team.
- Delivery of our marketing and commercial revenue and good causes targets.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Strong technical skills in data management.
- Experience with API integrations and data connectors

- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape, including industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing technology or a related field.
Proven track record of success in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
