What you’ll do:
- Supporting the Lead Teacher: Assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, and managing classroom activities.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive learning environment, managing student behaviour, and ensuring safety.
- Providing Special Support: Offering additional help to students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Facilitating Group Activities: Encouraging collaboration and engagement during group work or class projects.
- Communicating with Parents: Assisting in conveying information regarding pupil progress or classroom activities (if required).
- Assisting with Instruction: Helping pupils understand lessons, providing one-on-one support, and reinforcing learning.
