Key Responsibilities:

Mortgage Administration:

  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks related to mortgage applications.
  • Possible liaising with clients for required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Learn and master the fundamentals of mortgage administration with full training provided. Option to complete CEMAP quailification in the future.

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms using Canva and other tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain excellent customer engagement.
  • Analyse social media metrics and suggest strategies to improve performance and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Bright & Eager: A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn and develop within the mortgage industry.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content using Canva.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic Salary - £21,000- 22,000
