Are you a passionate Vet looking for a new challenge? This could be the role for you!
To excel in this role, you must be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care. You should exhibit strong clinical leadership and teamwork skills, have experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture, and support nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures.Coaching and influencing colleagues to create a collaborative and high-performing team environment is essential.
The practice is in an exciting time of change and will soon be moving into a new site with brand new equipment! Including; digital X-ray machine, advanced biochemistry and haematology machines, and a new ultrasound machine with four probes suitable for advanced echocardiography.
Located just outside Hertford, the area boasts excellent transport links, including direct train services to London and good road connections to nearby towns. It offers picturesque views, riverside walks, boating, and fishing, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
The Rota:- Full time position
- 4 days per week
- 1:3 Saturdays OR 1:6 full weekends
- Bank holiday and on-call rota
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising with length of service
- Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
