Lettings Consultant

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Full-time, Permanent Position

The successful candidate will have a passion for property, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Respond to prospective tenant leads and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable available properties
• Register applicants on the CRM and maintain a tenant database
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Extract rental offers on the best possible terms for our clients
• Communicate with and update clients from across the world, keeping their best interests in mind
• Collaborate with wider teams (sales, completions, progression, property management, accounts)
• Client onboarding and pre-marketing property inspections
• List properties onto the CRM as required
• Negotiate offers between landlords and applicants, including price adjustments
• Carry out Right to Rent Checks

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience required
• Highly communicative, a 'people person'
• Target driven and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and punctual
• Sales experience in any field desired but not essential

• ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Residential Lettings and Property Management Qualification

• Core hours Monday to Friday with only occasional Saturday work during peak times
