Band 2 Receptionist
Working hours – pattern – 37.5hrs (8.30am – 4.30pm) with 30 mins lunch - Monday to Friday
Our Head Office is based in Coventry at Wayside House.
The reception post is for 12 months maternity cover and will work as part of the executive office administration team.
You will be the face of our service for all visitors to Wayside House.
You will be required to open and close the reception area. You will also deal with telephone call enquiries and face to face enquiries sensitively, confidently and in a professional manner.
Main duties of the job
Who we’re Seeking: We’re looking for applicants ideally with previous reception/admin experience to join our current team in providing an efficient and comprehensive receptionist support to the reception area at Wayside House.
You will have great communication skills and should be a keen team player with a friendly, positive and sensitive approach to work in our ever changing, fast paced environment.
As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service.

The Job Role: Providing effective reception support, dealing with internal and external visitors. To respond to all calls via the switchboard and ensuring speedy transfer to appropriate area.
Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems.
