This remarkable and well facilitated SEN school are now looking for a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming team of educators in February 2025 with the potential to progress.
Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Job Specification- Earn up to £525 a week
- Long-term, full-time role
- Very hands-on role with strong opportunity to progress
- Must be comfortable with getting into a hydrotherapy pool, providing personal care & using iPads to communicate with students.
- Supporting 11-16 years olds with complex needs
- Gain invaluable SEN and classroom experience towards a future career in education
- Based in the Sheffield area
- Working hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant
- A 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Health and Social Care or related
- A strong, empathetic character with a passion for education
- Resilient character with a legitimate interest to support SEN
- Able to be professional whilst adhering to boundaries
- Excellent at communication, time management, organisation, and team work
- Able to take initiative and pay close attention to details
- Social work / Caring experience (desired)
- Able to provide personal care (essential)
- Driving license and car (desired)
