What you'll need to succeed:
- A degree or CIM qualification is desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or client-focused role.
- A strong understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in client retention and engagement.
- Confidence in influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and energetic approach, with the ability to drive processes and make things happen.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and engage effectively with clients.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of professional services, preferably within accountancy or law firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.
