Job Description- Provide administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Coordinate project-based work
- Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents
- Prepare meeting agendas and provide minute-taking
- Maintain an organised and efficient office environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- A proactive and professional attitude
