We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our incredible team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Director (PD) by managing technical and process-driven tasks.

Ensuring that projects run smoothly, you will co-ordinate team meetings, track project progress and maintain structured processes.

You will plan and manage agendas for team meetings, liaise with suppliers for procurement processes and ensure accurate reporting on project progress, risks and costs.

Additionally, you will manage supplier due diligence, attend design and co-ordination meetings and assist with logistics planning to support project execution.

Your role will also involve:

  • Overseeing the use of project management tools such as ClickUp
  • Following up on assigned project actions and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining risk schedules
  • Assisting with offsite quality assurance
  • Tracking procurement timelines
  • Supporting the Quantity Surveyor in monthly cost reporting

About You

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • Experience in project co-ordination or programme management
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A technical understanding and inquisitive nature to explore and solve problems
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A willingness to learn

Experience in process management, potentially from a manufacturing or executive assistant background, would be beneficial to your application.

A technical background is also beneficial but not essential, as we can teach necessary technical skills on the job.
