Your Role:
As part of this expanding Private Client team, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising local and high-net-worth clients on:
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Trusts & Probate
- Powers of Attorney
- Tax & Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning
What You Need to Succeed:
- At least 2 years’ private client experience (solicitor, legal executive, or experienced fee earner)
- Ability to manage your own caseload with high attention to detail
- STEP or ACTAPS membership is a plus (or willingness to work towards it)
- A passion for delivering high-quality legal services
