Our client, a leading UK based distributor, is expanding their internal sales division and is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing excellent support to our sales team and customers.
Role: Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Birmingham, B6
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Full time permanent (Office based)
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and quotations.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline sales operations.
- Contribute to the growth and success of a well-established company.
