Your new role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Provide financial advice and support to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance staff.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
