Qualified Nursery Practitioner Flexi

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are looking for passionate and motivated qualified Nursery Practitioners, with a minimum Level 2 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Rugby and surrounding areas offering a diverse and engaging work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within a team to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children in line with EYFS standards.
• Plan and provide a wide variety of engaging activities for children.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including changing nappies and assisting with toilet training as needed.
• Undertake domestic tasks within the nursery, such as cleaning rooms and equipment, ensuring the nursery remains clean and tidy.
• Stay updated with and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Assist with serving children’s meals while adhering to individual preferences and dietary requirements, including allergies.
• Follow and uphold all policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality of all information received.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Essential:

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Nursery Qualifications or Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare or a nursery setting.
• Driving license with reliable means of transport.

• GCSE or equivalent education.
• Experience in UK-based nurseries.
