Resident Services Coordinator

Salary: £12.00 - £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with office administration and manage payroll duties.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and support for events and training.
• Act as the primary contact for enquiries, providing a professional, welcoming presence.
• Maintain records, manage supplies, and help improve office processes for efficiency.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in payroll and office admin, preferably within care or healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
