We are currently seeking a fluent Welsh Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our pool of exceptional educators, ready to make a positive impact in leading schools in the New Tredegar area. As a Secondary Cover Supervisor working with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools, stepping in when regular teachers are unavailable.

You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring that pre-prepared work is delivered effectively to students. Your adaptability and flexibility will be put to the test as you navigate different school environments and age groups.

Schedule: Day shift

No weekends

• Right to work in the UK
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• EWC (preferred)
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
• Two references

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong communication skills to engage with students and parents effectively
• Ability to educate and inspire students of varying abilities

• Introduction to Safeguarding – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
• CPD L2 Teaching Assistant – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
• CPD Cover Supervisor – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
