English Teacher - part time
The Role
Scarborough College is an independent boarding and day school for children aged 3 to 18.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and inspiring part-time English Teacher to join this thriving school as our numbers increase, commencing September 2025.
A good honours degree in English is essential, as well as a PGCE or equivalent. Experience of teaching to Advanced Level is essential along with the ability to teach to Higher Level International Baccalaureate (IB). You will have a good track record of teaching and academic success for students.
Familiarity with G Suite for Education and Management Information Systems would be advantageous, as would experience of teaching international students.
It is also important that the successful candidate is able to contribute to the full co-curricular and pastoral life of the College.
