What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, based in Dudley Borough, your day-to-day activities will include:
Carrying out preventative maintenance and managing plant and building maintenance tasks.Working on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday: 6am – 2pm followed by 2pm – 10pm (with flexibility to cover alternative weekends at an enhanced overtime rate).
Operating in a heavy engineering environment, so be prepared to get your hands dirty and solve challenges on the shop floor.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
1+ year of recent electrical engineering experience in a similar maintenance role.A background in working with Siemens PLC Controls is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience in a heavy engineering environment (such as steel, refractory, forging, or foundry) will set you up for success.
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
A keen interest in overtime to maximise earning potential.

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).Overtime available, paid at an enhanced rate to increase your earnings.
