What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated deputy headteacher with vision, drive and commitment. The post will have a teaching commitment (to be determined) and will carry DSL, assessment and attendance responsibilities.

We are looking for a passionate and approachable deputy headteacher who will:

  • have previous leadership experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead whole school improvement
  • have experience and understanding of successful strategies for raising pupil attainment and progress.
  • maintain and continually develop the strong relationships we have with children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community
  • work strategically alongside the Headteacher
