The Lead Stock Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing sample management operations, ensuring check-in/out areas are well-organised, and efficiently tracked. This role leads a team of stock coordinators and stock runners, supervises daily stock activities, and ensures that products are available for shoot activity and can be dispatched for any urgent requests depending on the commerciality of the request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Manages stock movements within the studios at Origin Park for all requirements and stakeholder needs. Overseeing the accurate tracking and reporting of samples across Let’s Flo Studio and Sample systems. Providing guidance on best practices for handling, storing, and organising samples.
  • Point of Escalation: Serving as the primary team member for addressing any trending issues, proactively using initiative to report discrepancies promptly to minimize operational impact. Offering guidance on best practices for sample handling, storage, and organisation. Resolving issues and making prompt decisions to prevent stock discrepancies or delays.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with all stakeholders for the stock team to receive and prepare samples for shoots. Working closely with shoot production and studio teams to enable timely and accurate receipt of products, and if required, making sure items are built and prepared ready for shoot; including managing complex crossovers. Liaising with other departments to resolve stock-related issues promptly.
  • Stock Coordination: Ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and distribution of products when checking into the studio and out.
  • System Management: Driving an accurate system in maintaining accurate records of stock movements, receipts, returns, and adjustments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with JL logistics teams to ensure the studio can deliver to the highest standard and KPIs are met successfully.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contributing to the continuous improvement process by identifying and addressing opportunities for enhancing team processes, ensuring greater efficiency and fewer errors. Exploring reporting functions in Let’s Flo to drive further efficiencies.
  • Control Wastage: Maximising accuracy using the correct systems to track and pack products safely and securely to minimise wastage and recycling methods to save money.
  • Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards for stock storage and handling.
