Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounts receivable team.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing.
- Prepare monthly reports and statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
- Experience managing a team
- Proven experience in accounts receivable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
