I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for my Livingston based client.
CUSTOMER SERVICELIVINGSTON
£23k - £25k (DOE)
About the Role:
I am looking for a dedicated and customer-focused adviser to join my client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their mortgage journey. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process with professionalism and empathy.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactively keep in touch with clients
- Planning and organising workload effectively to meet client expectations
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly objectives & KPIs as set by your Manager
- Ensure client data, is dealt with, securely & accurately in line with GDPR
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience
