⏰ Hours: 1x Full-Time Position Available

💼 Your Role: Lead, Support, Empower
As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll guide a passionate team and help shape meaningful lives—while developing your own leadership journey.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional support
- Oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality care
- Support people to live independently, make choices, and achieve their goals
- Conduct team meetings, keyworker reviews, and liaise with management
- Create and manage rotas, handle staff absence and cover shifts where needed
- Oversee medication audits, safety protocols, daily plans, and safeguarding
- Drive positive change, inspire progress, and celebrate every win!
🌈 About You:
- Experience in a leadership role in Supported Living, Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Skilled in team management, planning, and problem-solving
- A people-first attitude with a passion for inclusion and empowerment
- Calm under pressure, great with communication, and full of new ideas
