CNC Programmer
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company, in their search for a CNC Programmer to work in their leading facility in Connah's Quay.
Job Role: The CNC Programmer position will involve developing CNC programs using FeatureCam or MasterCam for lathe operations based on engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts, selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job, assembling and disassembling machine components as needed, performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, collaborating with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Details:
- Pay: £17.00 - £18.50 per hour.
- Hours Of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
- Duration: Permanent.
- Overtime Rules: Overtime paid at x 1.5
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in operating HAAS, HYUNDAI, and BROADBENT machines.
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating or modifying part designs.
Desirable:
- Experience in programming using FeatureCam or MasterCam.
