The Role
This Principal Medical Writer vacancy is available because of the need for a medical writer to focus on medical education projects in the therapeutic areas of Oncology and Endocrinology.
In this role you will write medical education materials across two disease areas - Prostate Cancer & Diabetes. Both of these disease areas feature in the top 3 for clinical research spending over the next 10 years and therefore now is an interesting time to be a medical writer focussing on these two diseases.
Because of increases in innovative developments for the treatment of Prostate Cancer the pharmaceutical market for Prostate Cancer is forecast to grow at 8.5% annually 2024 to 2031.
As a result of public health messaging there is an increase in awareness of Diabetes and therefore the market for Diabetes treatments is forecast to grow at 7% per annum 2024 to 2032.
