Job Summary: We are Hiring a new member of our Admin Team.

• We are looking for a team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• The role will include : Debt control, Insurance Claims, Mid Term Adjustments, Policy Processing.
• Previous Insurance Admin Experience is preferred.
• Full and part-hours are available, our office hours are from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work from our Northampton town centre office.
• 23 days holiday (+Bank Holidays)

• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills to manage paperwork efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Assist in office tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance Administration: 1 year (required)
• Insurance Administrative: 1 year (required)
