The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.
What You’ll Do- Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management
- Handle customer complaints
- Internal stakeholder management
- Follow up on pricing discrepancies
- Issuance of required credit notes for returns and complaints within the official procedural deadlines
- Liaise with approved logistic partners
- Actively participate in any required product tracking research when required
- PER (Product Event Reporting) processing and follow up in collaboration with Territory Managers
- Manage busy queries & orders mailbox
What You'll Need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer service/sales advisor role would be ideal, but we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates without this experience
- Expertise knowledge of SAP ideal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player
- Customer and service oriented
- Good organization ability
- Good communication skills for internal and external contacts
- Positive reaction to working in a “deadline driven" environment
