Are you a forward-thinking, innovative, and inquisitive graduate ready to tackle some of the UK's most exciting engineering challenges? We're looking for talented individuals to join our Systems Engineering and Product Design Team, where engineering excellence is paramount.
As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you'll:
- Work on cutting-edge projects across Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Automotive, and Energy sectors
- Engage in all stages of the system life-cycle, from concept definition to in-service support
- Utilise advanced tools and techniques, including mathematical simulation, digital visualisation, and our proprietary REVEAL® Requirements Engineering Framework
- Contribute to enhancing our clients' digital landscape through Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering solutions
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your skills and experience
We're seeking exceptional graduates with a passion for Systems Engineering and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess:
Essential qualifications:
- First-class or 2:1 degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or a relevant post-graduate qualification
- Strong technical understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including:
- Requirements management
- System design processes (system and sub-system specification)
- Product validation and verification
Key skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability to work in teams of varying sizes and compositions
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in multi-disciplinary environments
- Proficiency in influencing and stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and industry trends
Desirable:
- Experience in using requirements management tools such as DOORS or DOORS NG.
- Experience of MBSE techniques, tools (such as Cameo System Modeler, Rhapsody or Capella) and frameworks (such as Magic Grid, Harmony, Arcadia, CESAM, OOSEM, SYSMOD or CORE)
- Experience in using Model Based Design tools such as Matlab and Simulink.
- Knowledge of Hazard identification, assessment and management techniques e.g. HAZOP, FMEA, FTA, Event Tree Analysis, Hazard Logs

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
