The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the Reinforced Concrete Frames and Groundworks. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in managing workloads and improving business efficiency.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact, with their skills and expertise valued by Senior Management. You will be working on project valuing from £5m to £30m plus.

- Collaborate with Pre-construction and Construction teams to develop and review tender submissions.
- Analyse tender details and work with the team to formulate a suitable bid and procurement strategy.
- Source quotes and manage procurement of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proficient in estimating project costs.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQs) and perform material take-offs.
- Present Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to senior management.
- Oversee project cost control and financial management from contract review to final account settlement.
- Experienced in working with NEC and JCT contracts.
- Handle contractual and legal issues that arise during projects.
- Maintain regular client communication to secure future business opportunities.
- Experience 5 plus years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools.
- A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
