Job Description
The Technical Sales Manager will:-- Manage Relationships: Continue to manage and develop key customer relationships across the group at a UK and European level.
- Drive Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand their customer base in key markets.
- Develop Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored assembly and Prefabrication solutions.
- Collaborate: Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Strategise: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead with Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage your technical knowledge to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
The Successful Applicant
The Technical Sales Manager will:-- Ideally have a proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the electrical or related industries.
- Possess a strong understanding of assembly and prefabrication processes and solutions.
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Be a proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Be able to travel frequently on a national scale with ad-hoc visits to the site in Southampton.
