Robert Half are recruiting for a Management Account to join a forward-thinking business based in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to gain valuable exposure to business change and transformation while contributing to a leading, fast-paced industry.

This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, providing valuable insights for business decisions, and supporting financial operations across the company. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and improving financial processes, supporting business performance, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to drive business decisions
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assist with statutory accounts preparation and tax reporting * Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and drive continuous improvement
• Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders, helping them make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) qualified
• Experience of working within a fast-paced industry ideally service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proven working knowledge of implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Package: £50,000- £65,000k DOE, plus additional benefits and hybrid working and career progression.
