This opportunity is a flexible working arrangement where you are guaranteed 30 hours per week with the opportunity to increase your hours up to 45 hours per week.

At Zendbox, we are committed to providing top-notch eCommerce fulfilment solutions. We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the frontline of our operations, ensuring our inventory is managed effectively and efficiently to support our growing eCommerce partners.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Receive inbound deliveries, check goods against delivery notes, and ensure stock is accurately recorded.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely using manual handling or MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) where trained.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Perform stock checks and inventory audits using digital tracking systems.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to team leaders or supervisors
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets related to accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
  • Operate in accordance with company Health & Safety, Food Safety (if applicable), and Quality Assurance standards.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working with technology (e.g., barcode scanners, tablets, WMS platforms).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move items safely.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when required.
  • A strong focus on safety and following procedures at all times.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Forklift Truck (FLT) or Reach Truck license (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using modern WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
