Job Description

As Legal Director, you will be:

  • Leading banking law matters, including corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the firm's banking law practice.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Director should be:

  • A solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking law.
  • Experienced in corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.
  • Proficient in managing complex legal matters and leading client relationships.
  • Committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
