Warehouse / Logistics Operative
We are currently looking for a number of Warehouse / Logistics Operatives to join our existing team in the Tiverton Branch.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
Our Logistics staff ensure that our products get to our customers on time and as required. Working from our warehouse you will be responsible for picking, packing and ensuring orders are dispatched on time and to customer requirements. This is a team orientated process, and the successful candidate will work well with others to ensure that we deliver on time and every time.
But it is not just shifting boxes! As a Logistics operative you will be able to manage stock levels using ERP systems, manage paperwork, have a keen eye for detail, deal with customer queries, from both internal and external customers, and even get involved with LEAN activities and projects within the Warehouse.
An experience that matters: Your Skills- 2 years + experience in a similar customer service environment (i.e. Sales support, sales administration etc)
- Previous experience of a CRM system, knowledge of SAP would be a real bonus
- Have strong communication and organisation skills
- Have a desire to learn about our product range to offer best in class support to our customers
