Sales Administrator / Estimator

We are seeking a detail driven and proactive Sales Administrator / Estimator to join the Karntek team in Stafford. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is looking to build the sales team to support the continued growth.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and confident in providing a high standard of administrative and client support.
Responsibilities- Prepare and issue quotations on behalf of the Sales Team
- Accurately input and process sales orders
- Liaise with clients regarding quotations, orders and general enquiries
- Keep the sales and performance statistics up to date
- Compile weekly figures for the sales meeting
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Assist in handling client queries and manage email correspondence professionally
- Coordinate with relevant colleagues to support in tracking quote progress during sales team absences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including quotation conversions and follow-up activities
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure a smooth handover of job details, providing all necessary information for external assessors
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Previous experience in a sales support role is preferable but not essential
