Working Pattern

Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00.

What is involved?

As our Customer Service Support Administrator, you'll be the heart of our engineering team's operations within your designated territory. This means you'll have real ownership, managing a critical part of our service delivery and directly impacting customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Imagine yourself:

  • Managing all scheduling and logistical needs for the engineers in your area, optimising their routes and resources to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Being the go-to person for our customers when it comes to service and maintenance. You'll be proactively anticipating their needs, sorting out any problems quickly, and making sure they have a great experience. This involves handling calls, emails, and sometimes even meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Working closely with engineers, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless service. You'll be building strong relationships and making sure everyone's on the same page.
  • You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by proactively addressing issues, escalating complex problems effectively, and constantly seeking ways to improve our customer service and team efficiency.
  • Handling the essential admin: processing orders, invoices, and other paperwork accurately and efficiently. You'll also be keeping our customer records and databases up-to-date and easy to access.
  • Keeping an eye on how we're doing by tracking key performance indicators and customer satisfaction. You'll be contributing to the team's overall success.
  • Always looking for ways to make things better, whether it's streamlining processes or improving how the team works.

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a strong administrative background and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a service/maintenance, logistics, or manufacturing/operations setting is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Essential:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly Valued:
  • Experience in the service/maintenance industry, particularly in a scheduling or field service role.
  • Experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with engineering software or similar technical platforms.
  • Experience processing orders and invoices.
