Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Support the Headteacher in the overall management of the school.
Curriculum Development:
Assist in the planning and implementation of a broad and balanced curriculum.
Staff Support:
Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
Student Achievement:
Monitor and enhance student progress and attainment.
Parental Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
Experience:
Significant teaching experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of leadership and management.
Skills:
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of primary education and current educational practices.
Commitment:
