Maths Teacher – Secondary School – SK8 Area – September Start
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school located in the SK8 area of Greater Manchester. The school, known for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent reputation within the community, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
- Delivering engaging and well-structured Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Planning and preparing schemes of work that inspire curiosity and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils in line with school policy.
- Working collaboratively with the Maths department to raise standards and improve outcomes for all learners.
- Providing intervention and targeted support for students who require additional help to meet their full potential.
- Participating fully in departmental and whole-school training, meetings and initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for Maths among students.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Be dedicated to continuous professional development and to contributing positively to the wider school community.
- Have the ability to differentiate lessons and support pupils of all abilities.
