As a Freight & Logistic Administrator, you will ensure that all export and import processes are conducted in accordance with international regulations and company policies. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance and efficiency in our logistics operations, coordinating between suppliers, customers, and freight carriers to ensure seamless operations from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Dangerous Goods Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IMDG, IATA, ADR), conduct risk assessments, and coordinate the safe transportation of hazardous materials.
- Export and Import Operations: Manage all aspects of export and import, including customs documentation and shipment tracking.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordination and Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, clients, and freight carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory and Reporting: Manage inventory levels and provide detailed reports on shipment statuses and customs clearance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics or freight forwarding, with a focus on dangerous goods.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Certifications: Dangerous Goods Handling Certification (e.g., IATA, IMDG) preferred.
