You will be based at our modern purpose built air-conditioned Head Office in the vibrant city centre of Cardiff. Cardiff is an accessible city with strong transport links, and London is only 2 hours away by train.

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will help drive profitable traffic to our website and significantly increase customer acquisition via online marketing channels to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build a robust online marketing forecast for agreed KPI’s. Continually monitor against forecast and report results to the wider team weekly.
Manage the performance of the following SEO, affiliates, PPC, Display, paid social and retargeting
Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that with our brand and business objectives: Work closely with our wider marketing/ecommerce team to grow both sales and our email subscriberDay to day management of online agency to ensure they are delivering on agreed KPI’s and to agreed deadlines.
Budget management
Bid optimisation
Develop and manage a robust online marketing test programme
With digital agency, regularly monitor and report on search engine positions. Make suggestions for future keyword targets. Produce additional copy across the website for SEO purposes. Work alongside e-commerce Manager to continually improve on-site SEO optimisation.
Work alongside the e-commerce Manager to optimise landing pages.Mange and take ownership for projects that improve the effectiveness of online marketing.
Work with marketing to ensure online plan is aligned to wider marketing, activity and product plan. Feedback on missing opportunities.
Working with the internal marketing team, to ensure online marketing is in line with brand
Person Specification
Online marketing expert with significant experience of driving profitable traffic, ideally within a retail environment.Strong understanding of online attribution methodologies.
Strong agency management experience.
Skilled in A/B testing and CRO to optimise the acquisition funnel.
Experience using GA4 and Google adwords.
Strong working experience with an Email Service Provider e.g. Emarsys, Mapp Klaviyo
Experience with Social Media packages, including Meta, Tiktok and Pinterest.
Working experience with an affiliate provider, eg Rakuten
