Job Description
  • Leading multiple projects in the delivery of transaction services to clients.
  • Manage Financial Due Diligence engagements which includes determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established timeframe, review of work completed by junior team members and resolving all project issues prior to Partner or Director review.
  • Ensure client / project feedback is captured, addressed, and effectively communicated to the team members and Director / Partner of the project
  • Ensuring the timely completion of projects within the agreed budget.
  • Providing technical advice to clients in the Professional Services industry.
  • Managing the performance and development of junior team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making at the managerial level.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Services Senior Manager or Associate Director should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ideally, the candidate will demonstrate their ability to find a balance between working in the Business whilst also enjoying Business Development activities. They would act as an ambassador of the firm, participate in marketing events, and keep abreast of the wide range of services the firm offers.
  • Lives local to Manchester and can travel to the city centre 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday).
