Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advisory Teacher PO6 to join our dynamic educational team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students through innovative instructional strategies and targeted support programs.This position requires an individual who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and is adept at working collaboratively with educators, parents, and the community. The Advisory Teacher will create and implement personalized learning plans, monitor student progress, and provide professional development to teaching staff.
By leveraging data and evidence-based practices, you will help drive improvements in student achievement and engagement. The role also involves facilitating workshops and training sessions for educators, establishing strong relationships with students and families, and advocating for student needs.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement personalized learning plans for students.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student needs.

Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and address areas for improvement.
Advocate for student resources and support services within the educational community.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and policies.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification or license.
Minimum of five years of experience in teaching or educational leadership.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive instruction.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Hours Per Week: 21.60
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.50
