Purpose:

Responsible for coordinating daily activities, optimising processes, and supporting various departments to ensure that operations run seamlessly. A central point of contact between teams, streamlining communication, managing resources, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and lead day to day contacts with our 3PL warehouse in US.
  • Manage warehouse SLAs and KPIs for all operational tasks; Outbound, Inbound and Returns.
  • Carrier Management across all carriers we use in US.
  • Own and streamline process of stock GRN and reporting through the warehouse once stock arrives and is handed over by Inbound team.
  • Achieve consistent stock accuracy and efficient stock management by maintaining data integrity across systems and proactively addressing discrepancies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and third-party providers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workload management, and successful resolution of operational challenges, supporting overall business objectives.
  • Own & Execute Store seasonal exit plans.

3 days in the central London office / 2 days from home

Salary - 35k

Requirements
  • Proven experience in stock control and warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain data integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and optimising warehouse processes based on key performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
