Job Description- Oversee daily operations to support the successful delivery of PPM.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Identify and address risks or issues to minimise disruptions.
- Coordinate resources and materials to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration and project performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth operations and streamlined customer experiences.
- Experience of PPM and Planned works within social housing
- Qualification within construction, ideally surveying related
- Hourly rate of up to circa £35ph UMBR, DOE
- Possible extension and long term employment
