Amelia Finch Expert Services is building a values-led, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychological support. We specialise in mental health, ADHD coaching, and family dispute resolution through a single, coordinated model of care.We are currently recruiting skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapists to join our trusted team of independent professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work. You will work with clients whose needs align with your specialism—such as trauma, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, or family conflict—receiving referrals that match your expertise and capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based CBT within your scope of practice
- Manage your caseload with independence and professional accountability
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with ethical and legal standards
- Provide care to clients that aligns with your clinical strengths and specialist areas
- Engage in a collaborative and client-centred approach
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice within the service
Key Requirements
We welcome applications from compassionate and skilled professionals with:
- Recognised postgraduate qualifications relevant to your specialism
- Registration or accreditation with a professional body (e.g. BABCP, EMDR UK, HCPC, BACP, UKCP, FMC)
- An up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to onboarding)
- Valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Regular engagement in clinical supervision
- Experience in health, legal, social care, education, or third-sector settings
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- A strong ethical foundation and a collaborative, client-centred approach to care
A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience is preferred. However, if you are working toward accreditation and have relevant expertise, we encourage you to apply. Referrals are carefully matched to your level of experience and scope of practice.
