The team works closely with students, families, and professionals to provide tailored support that enables each young person to reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will: ✅ Support students with their learning, social development, and well-being. Personal care may also be required.
✅ Assist teachers in delivering engaging, adapted lessons that meet individual needs.✅ Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
✅ Encourage independence and confidence in a nurturing and structured environment.
✅ Help manage behaviour positively, using strategies that support emotional regulation.
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic learning experience.
What We’re Looking For
✨ A caring, patient, and resilient individual with a passion for working with young people.✨ Experience working in an educational or care setting.
✨ An understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or a willingness to learn.
✨ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✨ A commitment to supporting the emotional and social well-being of students.
